WHUT. The Instant Pot is back on sale for $69.99 on Amazon today! If you missed it on Prime Day, today is the day for you to grab it. Do it. You won’t regret it! It’s an electronic pressure cooker that works as a regular pressure cooker, rice cooker, steamer and even yogurt maker! (Cheesecake, anyone? It does that too!) I bought mine at regular price $120, so I’m pretty annoyed that everyone else is getting a great deal. LOL!
I make penne bolognese at least once a week in my Instant Pot – it takes me less than 20 minutes total. (Cook time is 10 minutes; shorter if you want al dente.) My friend Peggy makes cheesecake!! Cheesecake!! My friend Carrie makes yogurt!
I’ve also made BBQ chicken, sweet potatoes, orzo, farro, spaghetti squash! No more throwing in a spaghetti squash for 45 minutes in an oven. I can steam a spaghetti sqaush in minutes. Yum! It cooks rice in 3 minutes. THREE MINUTES.
When I think about meal planning, this is one of my go-tos … because I hate meal planning… and I also hate scrambling to fix dinner.
There are so many recipes out there these days. I’ve even joined an Instant Pot Facebook group to share recipes and hacks!
I know I sound like an informercial for it, but it is so affordable and such a timesaver! I wish every new parent would get one as a baby shower gift (or even wedding gift). Plus a baby carrier. But yeah, this would make a fantastic gift!
Now is the time to grab that Instant Pot.
